My tibulas anterior gets really really tight when I am running, I've already looked up stretches and do them regularly, I am wondering what else could it be??

The best I (a runner of fove years but someone who's never had tightness of the tibialis anterior) could come up with is Compartment Syndrome. It has to do with overuse of certian muscles, and according to what I've read online, a muscle becoming too large for its sheath.

I'd try googling 'compartment syndrome' in order to begin a process of elimination where your tightness is concerned. It's a start. Good luck!
