They include corticosteroids and antihistamines, but you should know they help only temporarily and subdue those symptoms for a short while. If you can, you must avoid dust mites as much as possible. This means that your clothes should be always clean (washed on high temperature, at least 60C), you should also wash your beddings often and change mattress every six months.
