I would like to know what treatment should I use for my dust mite allergy? I am 21 years old and I really do not want to deal with this condition now, but the symptoms are here, and I cannot deny that. Runny nose and sneezing are being the most common ones. So, can you help me with an advice?

There are several types of medications that you might use for this problem. They include corticosteroids and antihistamines, but you should know they help only temporarily and subdue those symptoms for a short while. If you can, you must avoid dust mites as much as possible. This means that your clothes should be always clean (washed on high temperature, at least 60C), you should also wash your beddings often and change mattress every six months.
