I have had internal tremours in the past, found I did not have low hypothyroid but normal andd taking eltroxin made my thyroid go through the roof it was as high as it could go (overactive thyroid) the Endocronologist said He would give me 3 months to get it down, and throw out the eltroxin. I got it down to 5 and had been 7.6, I was lucky he did not have to cut out my thyroid with a radioactive pill that kills the thyroid. Weeks later my internal tremours started to subside and have not had another until recently.
Now I am getting them while sleeping in the middle of the night, waking me from a sound sleep.
Fell asleep on the couch and the tremours started again, what is going on am I missing something from my diet, have been on the same meds. for a while. Is there any help out there ???

That sonds really unfortunate that you are still having tremors. I am sure that it make things difficult for you! can you talk to your doctor about it to see if they can change your medication or anything like that too? I hope that they'll be able to so that you can feel some relief. Can you talk to your doctor and then let us know what they decide? Thanks for keeping us posted.
