I have just been told that I have white blood cells in my urine and would like some idea what could be causing this. I live in the UAE which is hot and wondered if I do not keep hydrated enough and this might cause it.... I have not noticed any signs of infection. I had a urine infection about 6 months ago but had a pain in the left groin area... this time I have not noticed anything. Any idea?
