I have a problem on my penis. It is not painful, but I am worried. I am uncircumcised. Under my foreskin there are small whitish bumps. They are mostly on the head of the penis . They are close to each other and some of them are somehow sticking out.
What is this?

I think what you described is a “pearly penile papules”. This is mostly found on young boys (I do not know your age); approximately 30 % of male population has it. Mostly uncircumcised males have them. They are benign, which means not cancerous, but unfortunately I am not sure if they are easy treatable – I think they are very stubborn. They are nothing to be concerned of, but if you are, you can go your physician.
