Please tell me what are pearly penile polyps or papules? Are they cancerous and do they need to be removed? I talked with friend on the phone today he told me that he has it. I am just curious.

Small papules that cover the cardinal ridge of the glens penis are actually normal anatomical variant called pearly penile papules. I don’t think that removal is needed. Clinicians should not biopsy these lesions or treat these lesions because they again are a benign condition seen in a minority of patients.
