WHOA WHOA WHOA!!! Why have you made that jump? With your symptoms it sounds like you are getting a cold, or sinus issues from it being spring. 2nd don't just jump to the conclusion because your penis is sore that you have AIDS! Are you at risk of getting HIV? Have you been tested, or have been dealing with unsafe practices - eg. unprotected sex, needle sharing, intravenous drugs etc. IF you have been having unprotected sex - and you feel like you have something wrong with your penis, then you need to go to a STI/STD clinic (usually free) for a full test! they will be able to put your mind at ease IF and I mean IF you have anything at all! Please don't Google symptoms etc. The internet can be  great thing for bringing attention to matters of health etc. BUT there is the dark side of it where you punch in your symptoms and out comes "You have Asian Purple Penguin Syndrome" So then you panic! LOL So RELAX and worry when there is a proven need to! OK?

ANYTIME you take the risk of having unprotected sex (as in wearing a condom) you run the risk of contracting STD's/STI's, is HIV one of those? Of course - BUT the more common ones are herpes, gonorrhea, even syphilis has made a HUGE comeback. So IF you are worried that you might have an STI - don't stick your head in the sand and go to a clinic to get checked! Then when you get the all clear PROMISE yourself NEVER EVER to have unprotected sex again - OK? Let me know how you make out!
