I am 20 weeks postpartum, breastfeeding on demand, and just started taking Micronor. I felt my cervix today and it is high, hard and closed. Does this mean I am pregnant or that I am not ovulating yet? I have not gotten a period yet and didn't get one after my first child until he was 17 months old. My husband and I decided that we were done after our second child and that he would get a vasectomy. He wasn't able to get it done because he had to go back to work and now I am worried that I am now pregnant. Any ideas? We were not really using any BC because the condoms make sex very painful for me (my dr said my episiotomy is probably still healing), but we haven't actually had sex that often either. And yes, I know it only takes once.
