Well me and my girlfriend were having sex. After a while the condom had broke, I found out that it had broke in time and got out before I finished. This was about 7-8 days before her expected period, her period is regular I think maybe a day here and there off at times. They say there could be some sperm in pre but my previous ejaculation was about the day before and I'm sure I peed quite a few times after that.
Whats worrying mostly is that during sex sometimes I feel like a small surge in my penis, sort of like something is about to come out but it feels dry, and not finished by then cause I ejaculate quite a while later. I feel this sometimes during masturbation too but to less extent than when actually having sex and I notice that during masturbation nothing comes out when I feel this, or a tiny amount of liquid.
Is this possible me feeling pre coming out? worried it might have been sperm.

Thanks for you help I really appreciate it cause I'm worried she might be pregnant and we're always so careful :/

You know that anytime you practice sex with out protection you are risking pregnancy. I know you wore a condom to start with but when it broke, gf was no longer protected.
The great debate is, you you can get pregnant thru pre cum or no you can't, i say anything is possible so why risk it.
If gf is regular like you say and her period is due in 7 or 8 days from the time you had sex, i would think that she has already ovulated and is now on the backside of her cycle, which means i don't think she is pregnant.
I don't know about the surges that you feel, hopefully one of our male members can assist you with that, but in the meantime maybe a condom is not enough protection. Has gf considered birth control? Planned Parenthood is an excellent resourse for young people. They are non judgemental and offer many solutions and advice. A qualified medical staff will talk to her and you if she wants and come to a decision regarding birth control that suits her. They work on a sliding scale and are considerate of a young persons financial plight. Just check it out, both of you will feel better, and when you say "we are always so carful" you really will be.

Thanks for the reply. I don't think she would be keen on birthcontrol pills. Brought it up once but she has had to take a few pills in previous years and dont want to push her into it. As for planned parenthood, we're not from the US so that would be out of the question. I plan to be more careful now for sure but I'm worried till she get her period. It should have actually been today or tomorrow. If anyone knows if what I feel could be sperm coming out before or something else it would be really helpful thanks
