hin hon! From .0000000 to .00000001 are the chances you could be pregnant right now! First of all because he didn't ejaculte , and all there was was precum - which does contain sperm! It is usually little, and then you GF took the Plan B! so you are safe! NOW about the condom!!! NEVER EVER EVER do not have sex without a condom! This is to protect yourself from STD/STI's also the least of your worries - haveing a baby! Having unprotected sex ONCE is all you need for pregnancy or STI's OK> Good luck and COVER UP!!! ;-)

Sorry I forgot about that one! Yes that is a normal thing after you take the Plan B pill! So it's basically saying to your brain, "Heh I didn't get pregnant, so you can open the flood gates now!!! Your period might be a little wonky till next month, but you should be fine! Good lucka nd health honey!

one more question crossed my mind. was that my period? or is plan b too vague to really pinpoint facts. because everybodys body responds to it differently. the first time i took plan b i bled the next day...
sigh gotta love and hate the human body ;-)

Hi jules, like bambi said, it's totally doubtful that your pregnant, but as i read your last post i noticed that you said, "the first time i took plan B, i bled the next day", may i ask why are you not getting on some kind of birth control? You also mentioned that you go to planned parenthood, perfect.
Is there a medical reason that won't allow you to take birth control, as many women can't. Instead of spending all that $$$$ on plan B, why not get a prescription for bc?
All of the stress and worry can pretty much vanish for you, and it will be cheaper in the long run.

i just feel like using the pill could end up causing a deformation in a baby. just a conscious thing

No, now that's not correct. It is a pain in the a** to run and get Plan B everytime you think you slipped up.
That's why i say that half your battle is won as you already go to Planned Parenthood. Think about this, just make an appointment with one of the counselors and talk to him/her, just a talk. They will help you get over your thinking that bc would be a contributing factor for a handicapped or deformed child.
I respect your thinking, but i really have to correct you. Millions of women all over the world take a birth control pill. God forbid, a baby can suffer from deformities just because this is what nature intended, not because you took your bc. It is very rare that one becomes pregnant while on bc, so you would just discontinue it when you decide that you want to have a baby.
I hate to say this, but one one these days you might slip up and end up pregnant. Why doesn't bf wear a condom then?

Hi Jules: I have to say I'm 100% behind bbfeet with this one! I missed what bbfeet brought up! Plan B CANNOT and I repeat CANNOT be used for contraception! Plan B is for emergencies only! Your point about having a deformed baby is incorrect! Plan B is concentrated hormones that are used throughout at whole month of BCP's! Plan B is 98 or 99% effective, so if you keep using this as BC then you might just end up with a pregnancy EVEN after you have taken Plan B! If you think about it Jules, IF you end up getting pregnant AFTER taking such a concentration of hormones, THEN something just might happen! This would make it more plausable than going on BCP!
Also honey - this is emotional for me so bare with me - my youngest son was born severely disabled!!! I wasn't on ANYTHING! And he was "deformed" it was a terrible shock to us and he has gone through HELL with operations and therapy etc. So you never know what life will give you! All I know is this! When you mess around with mother nature, she has and WILL fight back! So make your boyfriend wear a condom! Nothing will happen to him using a condom, BUT something VERY dangerous could happen to you using the Plan B as contraception. This is YOUR LIFE, YOUR HEALTH, YOUR FUTURE!

Ya know Jules, i had my first son when i was just 18, i followed the rules thru out my pregnancy to a tee. No cigs, no alcohol, ate well, the whole nine. He was born with Hyper Plastic Transparant Vitreous, which is a disease of the eye. At first glance his pedi thought he had a cataract, but upon further investigating and flying with a 3 week old new born to Boston, they then thought he had cancer of the eye, which is called Retinal Blastoma, that wasn't it either. It turned out to be HPTV. He had 4 surgeries before he was 2 years old, but today, at 33, he has no vision what so ever in his left eye. You would never know it as he does everything that a sited person can do.
So, mother nature can be cruel just because she wants to. Bc had nothing to do with it.

Good girl Jules, i am so glad that we may have helped you open your eyes a little wider on the bc subject. As far as your bf's paranoia, that could just vanish all together with help of the pill.
I think your doctor can give you some real good beneficial advice about it for sure.
Let us know what your decision ended up to be and good luck.

I'm usually not a ditto kind of woman but DITTO!!!!!! ;-) XD There are many types of BCP out there now! And if you are very worried about your health, you can go on the lowest form of it! Also there are many factors involved with taking the BCP - age, smoking, heart attacks in the family! so as bbfeet so eloquently said, you doctor is the one to give advice and help you choose the right one! Good luck and health honey!
