i have the same problem and just had blood came out after the third day. my nurse just told me that it sounded like a Bladder infection which can not be found by testing for a std/sti. talk to your doctor this may be the reason sounds like you have the same systoms as me

I have had the same problem and it lasted for 3 weeks not knowing it was an infection until I went for a UTI test. I followed my medications and was too anxious to see everything back to normal but could not as I was still encountering same thing but not as it was from the beginning. I then went ahead purchasing antibiotics named "Azithrin" after going on so much research for solution on the web. I have read on a MedHelp site just like Steadyhealth. My fellow unprotected sex partners, I must say from now on I submit and off that lane even if she's Obama's daughter. If no rubber, No SEX.

As sperm stays in the penis (not washing it out) it oxidizes and turns that yellow colour. It's not an STD, it's not an infection, you don't need to wash your penis out anymore than you are, but you should. That's also where the irritation is coming from.

I've had this happen before and now it's back. Another scenario though. The first time it was a urinary tract infection, but I'm not sure now. Just a pus like discharge and a itch in the urethra.

No worries, gents, this sh*t happens. At least we don't have vaginas. Could be from fapping too much, smoking and drinking or whatever too much, just unprotected sex, just randomness, just your a little sick, or you could have and sdi so go find out buddyboys.

seems to me it's male thrush, it's actually pretty common! No need to sweat it too much, just head to the doc's and get him to do a swab, if they're half decent then they'll be able to discover pretty quickly what it is. I would recommend washing your penis with lukewarm water, at regular intervals, and making sure its properly dry, also try cut down a bit if your diet is really high in sugar/carbs, eating organic yoghurt and stuff helps, which has loads of active enzymes in, which will work against the bacteria. Bottom line though, head to the doctors, if they don't mention this as a possibility, just mention it to them, see what they say. If you're still uncertain, seek a second opinion.

I also had all of the same symptoms on this forum, I had the yellow/milky substance coming out of the tip and burning when I urinated. Also this really annoying itch (that it turns out you actually can scratch, it feels like its in your penis but its actually in your prostate so if you have it you can rub behind your balls for some temporary relief). But I read everyone's responses and I thought I had some mystery disease because of how many people said they got tested and found nothing. It turns out I had Chlamydia. So for everyone who is thinking they should not get tested because someone else on here found nothing, NO you need to get tested. Puss type leakage and burning when you pee are MAJOR signs of both chlamydia and gonorrhrea.

And I hate to be rude, but to the guy who said that yellow stuff leaking from your penis is just semen that has been left sitting inside you for too long... no. If you have semen that has been inside your penis for so long that has turned yellow, then you have not taken a piss for days...  

So Guys, if you have these symptoms go get tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea, the tests should be free and the treatment is one dose of antibiotics and after a week you are clean and allowed to have sex again. So its super easy to do, just go do it.

About two months ago I had unprotected sex with a couple different girls and about 2 weeks later I had an itching sensation whenever I touch it and the tip of my penis is red and a little swollen. I only have puss discharge when I force it up through the urethra. I think it is just a UTI or something like that but I'm starting to get a little worried. Any suggestions? 

About a week ago I had unprotected sex. About 2 days ago I woke up and went to the bathroom to urinate and noticed it burned really badly, i squeezed my penis and some yellow stuff came out. I was really worried, and the next day i went to the doctors and he took a urine test and a swab sample from the urethra (by the way very painful). He sent them for gonorrhea and chlamydia testing. I will know the results by tomorrow. The doctor said that I had a Urethritis and if anything comes back positive on the tests they will call me. He gave me a shot of Rocephin and a Doxycycline pill and prescribed me Doxycycline for a week. As of right now I feel little pain, no yellow puss coming out, and no burning. I think it's getting but but can't be for sure.

It could be trick. I had it once. Went through all the antibiotics, injections etc and nothing worked. They then did a culture test and found it was trichomoniaisis. You need to take a drug called either metronidazole or tinidazole to clear it.

I had similar situation two years ago and no sti was established even after visiting urologist...I was finially diagnosed with..two tzpes of stones, Kidney or what whatever stone.
