I am having the exact same problem.. puss from my penis and stinging when I pee. I took viagra a couple of days in a row and my penis was very hard for several hours.. more than 4 for sure! nothing I could do about it. I think this did some type of damage which is causing the puss and soreness around my penis head. Haven't gone to the doc yet. thought I would wait it out a couple of days and see if it gets any better. I am putting neosporin on often. I'll keep you posted..

This happens to me on occasion through the years. I'll be with a girl, we have unprotected sex after getting to know one another. Both of us are confirmed clean. The first time it happened I freaked out, went to get it checked at a clinic, and found it to be negative (clean) across the board. It is a yellowish pus like substance when I am erect, slight irritation/itch when I pee, and it generally goes away after a few weeks. I think it is just a normal thing the more I read about it.

Don't even think of trying to treat this without seeing your doctor. You need the correct antibiotic for the infection.
You can actually make it worse and harder to treat/cure if you use the wrong drug or the incorrect dosage.
Good luck.

Hi Guest,
You NEED to see your doctor - NOW. You very likely have an STD, quite possibly gonorrhea. Do not ignore this. If it is gonorrhea it can lead to further infections such as epididymitis. Scarring can result from such an infection that may affect your fertility.
It may also be a urinary tract infection, this is less likely in a circumcised male, much less in a young male.
No sex until you are tested - for your partners protection.
Treatment is antibiotics. Take them exactly as prescribed.
I know it's going to be awkward to tell your parents but you have to. The doctor should respect your privacy. Maybe your parents would accept it if you said "man problem."
Good luck.
