There are stories of.women having the same thing too! Just keep your genitals clean and use A&D ointment. And if you have a lot of pubic hair in that area i suggest that u shave it off!!! (DO NOT USE A HAIR REMOVAL CREAM, THAT sh*t IS GONNA BURN LIKE HELL!!!!) Hair just irritates and the sweat just makes it worse. It worked for me and in two days it cleared right up and takes some antibiotics

I am having the exact same problem.. puss from my penis and stinging when I pee.  I took viagra a couple of days in a row and my penis was very hard for several hours.. more than 4 for sure! nothing I could do about it.  I think this did some type of damage which is causing the puss and soreness around my penis head.  Haven't gone to the doc yet. thought I would wait it out a couple of days and see if it gets any better.  I am putting neosporin on often.  I'll keep you posted..

I'm not a guy - but the guy I was having sex with msgd me a couple weeks ago and said thanks for the std - I was completely bewildered because we'd only been having protected sex for Months (and i hadn't been with anyone else) and a few days before we'd had unprotected anal sex. I wasn't concerned been std tested only a couple months before. And he woke up two days later with discharge and assumed sti!! I went and got retested and I am clean! So this is what I am thinking - the anal sex (which was long and vigorous) caused the kind of irritation/infection you are talking about here. I just hope he will believe it when his sti test comes back clean :)

This happens to me on occasion through the years. I'll be with a girl, we have unprotected sex after getting to know one another. Both of us are confirmed clean. The first time it happened I freaked out, went to get it checked at a clinic, and found it to be negative (clean) across the board. It is a yellowish pus like substance when I am erect, slight irritation/itch when I pee, and it generally goes away after a few weeks. I think it is just a normal thing the more I read about it.

Piss after you ejaculate, it'll reduce your chances for infection.

I have the same problem but no insurance recommendations for antibiotics?

Don't even think of trying to treat this without seeing your doctor. You need the correct antibiotic for the infection.

You can actually make it worse and harder to treat/cure if you use the wrong drug or the incorrect dosage.

Good luck.

So I am 17 and only had sex with one girl and she's only had sex with me. Recently I have been experiencing yellow residue in my briefs I believe is from the pus from my penis. I tried to smell it and it smells like the pus from an infection. It hurts to urinate and I have an inward itch down by the base. If I had to guess its some kind of infection in the urethra since masterbation feels fine but urinating hurts. I am too afraid to tell my parents and my girlfriend so if anyone on this thread could give me some information it would be much appreciated...and I'm already circumcised

Hi Guest,

You NEED to see your doctor - NOW. You very likely have an STD, quite possibly gonorrhea. Do not ignore this. If it is gonorrhea it can lead to further infections such as epididymitis. Scarring can result from such an infection that may affect your fertility.

It may also be a urinary tract infection, this is less likely in a circumcised male, much less in a young male.

No sex until you are tested - for your partners protection.

Treatment is antibiotics. Take them exactly as prescribed.

I know it's going to be awkward to tell your parents but you have to. The doctor should respect your privacy. Maybe your parents would accept it if you said "man problem."

Good luck.
