Menstration early menopause and infertility?

To Start about 4 yrs ago i was diagnosed with a condition and givin Respiradone soon after that i lost my menstration for just over a year it did return and i was told it was the medication. but later on not feeling all that well being tired having hot and cold spells i was told i was too young for those symptoms..that was about 10 months ago that i was told this. For the last yr my bf and i were trying to have a child together but we were not lucky till about 4 months ago when i found out i was pregnant because of my fever and high white cell count they admitted me to hospital where they found no reason for my condition dispite their tests i was also informed my tubes were swollen but they didn't know why. Do you know of any cases where this has occured to a female and what possibilities it could be? i am turning 32 this yr.

THis note is just by chance that somone might know somthing about this if not sry to take your time..

i mean fallopian tubes were found to be swollen.
