It seems to me that you might be having issues with ingrown hair on your penis. The thing is that ingrown hair are very complicated once they start to happen. It doesn’t mean that they will happen all the time but the thing is that they can get infected and when you burst them you will notice some pus and blood. Do you feel any pain in that area? Have you noticed any other pimples or anything similar like a red patches or red rashes anywhere in your groin area?
