I'm 19 years old and have been sexually active since the age of 16. I have only had sex with one guy and we have been together ever since. To start things off, I am an extremely paranoid person.

My first period was at 11. It was always regular on a 28-30 day cycle. AT LEAST until I became sexually active. After 16, my cycle would range from 26-40 days. I'm highly vulnerable to stress. During the first two sexual encounters with my boyfriend, the condom broke. Now every time I have sex, I get paranoid that the condom will break or that it is faulty. This stress usually delays my period. But eventually, aunt flow creeps up and slaps me in the face.

Last period was January 18, 2009. It lasted until the Jan 24th. I had sex with my boyfriend on 24th and 25th. We always use a condom, and he only ejaculated during one encounter. I even forced him to do a water test when we were done. He filled the condom up with water to see if it leaked at all; which it didn't. (I apologize if this is gross).

I started working out at the gym the week of January 25th. I now go 2-3 days a week, religiously. I've never worked out before or done any sports AT ALL, until now. February 14th and 15th, we had sex again. I had an orgasm on the 14th, but he never came. On the 15th, he came and utilized a condom + pull out method. Since February 15th, I've been highly stressed with a lot of things... including possibility of pregnancy. I DON'T KNOW WHY I AM LIKE THIS.

Do you think I could be pregnant? I'm not almost 10 days late. Took two First Response pregnancy tests on Feb 26th and 27th; both negative. Two days after last sexual encounter, I experienced an increase in vaginal discharge. It was clear and almost had the consistency of egg whites. This past week, I am also experiencing bloating and lots of gas! Have experienced weight gain of about 3 or 4 pounds within the last two months. Finally experienced breast tenderness on the 26th. But this is a sign of both pregnancy or menstruation... I'm so confused!

Not only has possibility of pregnancy been stressing me out but other things such as: Financial Aid Application, Housing Registration, work at the company, intense money budgeting, weight gain, eating habits, planning my sister's baby shower, coming home every two weeks to see my family, plans to help bring my grandparents back to the US, etc etc.

Again I ask, do you think it's possible that I'm pregnant? I know I shouldn't be so stupid to think so, but can't help but stress out. Is it because I'm working out all of a sudden? Too much stuff on my mind? I know I really need to see a therapist about all the stress. Should probably get on BC pills, but am afraid of side effects such as weight gain or mental health.

Just need piece of mind!!! Please... some words of wisdom.

Your period likely hasn't come cause you're worried about being pregnant. All your 'symptoms' are also probably your imagination.

Going through the same thing! Symptoms Sore breasts, occasional back pain (which I don't know if it's related because I have loose joints), felt sick in the morning once, stomachs bloated and quite hard although because I have been working at the gym on my stomach I dunno if it's to do with my muscles but my stomachs normally flat soo :/ No period for 10 days 3 negatives HPTs Starting going to the gym again on the day I was due jan 2nd I go every day of the week apart from Saturday and Sunday I go from 3-5pm :/ friend are telling me to sto going and see if my period comes but I'm a gym freak I can't! :L also I eat healthy but ATM always eating rubbish and lots of it gained like 3 pound in 10days I think!
