Hi, my labor has passed just fine and there were no complications. My baby is just fine and everything else was good too. Problem is that I didn’t have a period for 10 weeks. I know it is normal that period is delayed for one month or month and half but I am starting to worry right now.

Hi, there is nothing to worry about as delayed period is usual thing and in some cases it may last up to one year (but it is really rare). My sister’s period was delayed about 6 months and now everything is just fine. Your uterus need some time to recover and bring back usual functions like it was before you become pregnant. Off course your period may be delayed if you are pregnant again. It would be enough to have regular controls with your gynecologist and he will give you the best advices. However 10 weeks delay is not something you would worry about.

It is very normal to experience a delay in your period after delivering a child. Sometimes a delay of 6 months can happen.
I am assuming that you are having protected sex? Even if you are nursing, you should be on some sort of safe sex. If not, I would take a pregnancy test to be sure.
