12 dpo cramping, spotting, sore breasts headaches. But Neg t

have been having cramping for over a week now. 2 days ago I noticed very light pink and brown spotting which was very little but seems to have stopped today. It was only for a couple of days. My breasts are so sore which I know can be a sign of PMS but it rarely is for me. I have to go Bm all the time which is so unlike me. I feel kinda sick to my stomach after I eat. I have headaches which I never get. I took a pregnancy test which says that its 7 days b4 your missed period acturate (but I didnt use FMU) My husband was also hitting my cervix during sex last night which doesnt usually happen and I heard that your cervix gets lower when you are preggers. Even though my test was negative could it still be too soon to tell. I am not sure when I ovulated but my period is due on Friday!
