I am 23 years old and I had a son in July of 2005. I bled until the middle of August. Then I had no period until October. After October I had no period. I had countless ultrasounds and pap tests. I even had a DNC in February. It is January 21 and I have now been bleeding for 122 days. I found out I have PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome). Every time it seems like I will stop bleeding, it comes back with a vengeance. Last week I was passing large clots, and after a clot would pass, I would bleed like crazy after. I just want to know if this has happened to anyone else. I will tell you one thing, if you have PCOS, don't take a certain diet pill made especially for women. It has a lot of estrogen in it and my doctor told me that is what caused this super long period. Just looking for support and anyone else who has questions feel free to ask!
