Hi I'm 17 years old and I have a kinda have small penis well it's about three inches when not erect but I Am kinda big (fat) so I have fat pad (area where fat is around penis) which makes the penis look smaller. When I'm in class my penis gets small and stays inside the fat pad and it's make feel like I have a very small penis but when I have boner I am almost about five which makes me happy but I want to know if I'm still growing and also my balls are small and I feel like at my age shouldn't it be bigger. Or is it about maybe I am a late grower I just need advice help me thank for reading

5" when erect is average for an adult so you are there. Your penis can continue to grow into your early 20's.
As you've noticed, a fat pad will make your penis appear smaller.
Testicle size varies. They can grow too.
