21 and still only producing precum when having wet dreams or masturbating

i'm 21 i have wet dreams now and then but i can't tell if it's ejaculate, as it has no color and not sticky, so i tried to masturbate to find out if there's any problems. i don't think i get orgasm  i produce pre-cum but  never ejaculate i tried several times 3 of 5 times when i masturbate my balls hurts and still can't tell if i ejaculate or not or even if i'm normal.
