ok so heres the deal i am male 23 years old and when i am with my girlfriend or alone i can reach climax but there is no ejaculation, up untell 2 weeks ago it was a packaged deal you get one you get the other, and not that i am complaining but we are looking to start a family and its rather hard to do with no sperm so i have not started any new meds and i dont drink or do drgs or smoke so i am really at a loss for ideas of whats going on, any ideas?

i would call your doctor and ask. it's unusual for a man to have a orgasm and not cum at all. there may be something wrong with your testes. Sperm and semen come from your balls and if you aren't recieving any sperm well i guess the right term would be if she isn't recieving any, you could be having a malfunction down there. give your doc a call
