Is the Emergency Room Liable for removing my infected bone flap when They should have diagnosed 11 days before removing it The neuro surgeon on call acted like I was paranoid and said the obvious painful swollen right side of my face had nothing to do with my sucessful crainial burst aneurysm clipping surgery 2 months earlier & prescribed benadryle & steroids these medicines did No help & 11 days later again went back to ER & my neuro surgeon Removed my bone flap ! Now I had an artificial bone flap put to replace my real one & I have suffered So much when if the ER would have helped the first time I would not have had to have 2 brain surgerys and I would Have My real bone flap! I had to be in a rehab & wear a helmet for 7 months? What can I do so this does not happen to anyone else?
