5 days late..negative tests

Okay, so on the 17th August me and my girlfriend was messing around and one thing led to another. While she was giving me a h***job, i reached down and felt a wet liquid (pre-cum/pre-ejaculation). Then I wiped it off on my pants and after a minute or two, i fingered her. Moments later, we both were butt naked and we were hugging face to face and I cannot remember if our genitals were in close contact or if my penis had pre cum left. I did not ejaculate and we did not have sex. Her period started at approx 3rd of August and ended at approx 10th of August. I am not sure if she is fertile and is in the ovulation period. So my question is, what is the percentage of her getting pregnant?
