Why does my stomach cramp up?

Well you might find this post really stupid but i kinda feel like i had to make it looking for answers coz i'm atm freaked out i don't even know if i should be but anyways here's my problem :
Last time my girlfriend and i were messing around naked on the bed and we kinda decided not to do anything dumb since we had no protection so she basicly gave me a HJ but while she was doing her thing some Pre-cum got out and i wanted to clean it so i did with my hand ( same hand i was " fingering " sorry for the expression ) my girlfriend with and i somehow think that some of the pre-cum ( that was on my fingers ) find his way into her so here's my question..do you think she might actually get pregnant of that ? coz after doing some research i've seen that you can actually get pregnant with pre-cum or without a penetration and it has me completly freaked out , so if you could answer me pls that would help me a lot
