Hi! I am nine weeks pregnant and actually just went to a prenatal appointment only 2 days ago. I did have a pap smear and now 2 days later I have this yellowish spotting. 1 spot actually but it's freaking me out!! Is this normal after a pap or should I be concerned enough to call the doctor??

Hi there and congrats with the pregnancy! As you have already experienced ( I expect) your body is doing some wacky things right now. When you are pregnant, your body tends to create more vaginal discharge and this is probably heightened more because of the PAP that you had done. I wouldn't worry about it. You are not bleeding so the baby is more than likely just fine.
You should pick up a copy of "what to expect when you are expecting" It has SO MUCH awesome and helpful info and it answers almost every question!
