I started to notice a small hole on the excess skin on my penis. To me it looks like a hole but it could be anything. Also it feels like arough spot. What is it? Is it bad to have? Can it go away or do l have to to do it? Is it perenent? Please tell me.

1) it's the size of this circle o and the excess skin it's on is by the head of my penis and on the bottom edge of the excess skin

Sorry sometimes l read too quick and misread things. Well I didn't have sex yet but l do masturbate sometimes (once maybe every week) What do you mean by "rule out" STDs. Hey therw guest. I wanted to make sure this thing ur talking about was not an std.... but since you have never had sex then its deffinatly not an std. As for circumcision... when u look at ur penis what do u see... is there a bunch of skin covering ur head or can u see the head (glans) or ur penis.... look up fictures or diagrams of foreskin or circumcised vs uncircumsized penises and you will quickly figure out what type you have. If you live in the united states and are any ethnicity but latino then you are most likly circumcised. If you live in europe thenu are probably not circumcised..... at this point I would not freak out too bad it this hole is not causing any pain or itching but watch it. If it continues to get bigger then I would reccomend seeing your doctor.

Ok after l looked at my penis and read what you said and looked wikipedia.com l could tell that l was circumcised. Also I'm not a Latino and l live in the US. Right now it's causing no pain itching. When my penis is erect the hole looks like this ====== ( not like a bunch of equal signs but more of a long rectangle). When my penis is not erect it looks more like this line ______. The skin that is the excess skin with the hole looks darker than the rest of the skin on the shaft of my penis. Well l did say nothing was coming out of the hole (what l meant is squirting or trickling out of the hole.) but something could be slowly leaking so slow that l dont really see it leaking out of the hole. l don't see any liquid by the hole. I just look at the shaft and l see some precum by the bottom of the shaft. I don't see it run or ooze out of the hole. So maybe something could be leaking out. And yes l have started puberty. I started about on the beginning of the last week in March ( March 27). On March 27 l woke up in the morning with a "wet dream" (precum in my pants) so your right about me producing precum.
