There is a small hole under the left side of frenulum of penis...
It looks like it traps a white color substance(smegma?) inside the hole and i can like see the white substance under the skin on the other side of the frenulum. Its like a white bump under the skin. I can push the white substance out of the hole but it keep coming back.
The substance feels abit hard but i can break it up with my finger nails.
I am having trouble with this......is it jus smegma or is it other serious problem?

Are you circumcised? if so then it sounds like a stitch tunnel that occasionally happens during the circumcision procedure nothing to worry about

not to worry it can be corrected by surgery then you will have only one hole i also have that
