My girlfriend has pains in her abdomen after we kiss. She is a virgin and we haven't gone the distance cos of these pains. We observed that these pains happens on days when we kiss passionately or are very cozy. There are times when we cozy up with each other and touching triggers her pain. She, being the orthodox girl she is, is not ready to see the doctor for this.

sounds like you just need to give her a little bit more time and space. there is definitely nothing wrong with her physically if this doesn't happen when you are not making out.
