I have been having abdominal pain in my lower right quadrant into my pelvic area. I also have been really gassy. I know that I have ovarian cysts and endometriosis. I was wondering if all of these symptoms have to do with that and also what else it might be. I find that the pain subsides a little bit if I curl up in the fetal position.

it sounds like endometriosis but you know what that pain feels like and if this feels different then maybe its appendicitis. do you have a fever or nausea? the fact that it feels better in the fetal position makes me less worried bout appendicitis but i would call a dr
