I have been going to the doctor on and off for almost a year now. I have lower back pain that comes and goes. And do mean lower back pain right above my buttocks. But when i have orgasims i swear i feel them in my back where i hurt! Ive been having orgasims for years ive never felt them in my back. They have done everything to me from colonoscopy to a mri on my back. Could this be muscle problem?

Hi tired, I suspect that your problem is not a muscle problem so much as it's a nerve issue instead. I know that's speculation since I don't know what your entire picture is but I think it could definitely be a nerve issue. Have you and your doctor discussed any nerve damage? I think that it would be something worth looking into.
