What are the ingredients of acttonel? I use to develop allergic reactions on some inactive ingredients if medications. They are usually mild, but I can’t be on long term therapy if am allergic on drug. Do you may know what’s it made of? Thanks.

Actonel is risedronate sodium preparation. Risedronate is active component that inhibits bone resorption. The inactive ingredients are lactose, magnesium stearate, silicon and titanium dioxide, cellulose esters and artificial colours ferric oxide red and yellow. I use actonel and rewrote this for you from the package insert. I think that these inactive ingredients are common in many tablets.
