hi i'm 20 yrs old and i'm pregnet not sure how many months but lately these past 3 days i have been having stomach pain that it's hurt as if i need to use the restroom but when i go i don't even need it that bad. then lately i hurts like if i was havin my period not sure wat to do.

Being pregnant causes our bodies to do many strange things- sometimes your back will hurt, sometimes your head, sometimes your feet, and so on. I've always, as a general rule, considered stomach pain a good reason to visit your OBGYN. Not because there is definately something to worry about, but because it's good practice when pregnant.
Plus, if you don't know how many months pregnant you are, it's likely you haven't made a first visit to an OBGYN? It's wise to get on a good schedule with a doctor. And, depending on where you live (I'm in Canada where these things are blissfully free), you can always seek out a Planned Parenthood Clinic for free or at least relatively cost-free doctoring if its related to being pregnant!
