I'm 21, single currently, and have had this problem as long as i can remember....

Basically, it never exists when someone else does something to me, or during normal intercourse, it will only happen if i use a masturbation sleeve or other type of thing...

Basically, if my foreskin is behind my head, and when i come to orgasm, the sensations are almost painfull in their intensity! I have to stop stimulation as i cant physically go on for the "pain"

Is this common? Does anyone else experience similar issues? Is there a way to prevent it?
