Well, it is debated on what is the correct way on cleaning the anus. Personally, I think the most sanitary way to clean the anus is to take a shower and clean around the anus with a rag and regular soap. Secondly, use an enima to clean the inside of the anus. Lastly, take another shower to clear out the oils from the enima and just a secondary cleaning. Remember to make a normal bowel movement a few hours before you start the cleaning process.
