i have recently been to my doctors about three lumps i had on my testicals he diagnosed them as testicular cysts and said not to worry but i have been getting lower back pains espescially when i tense my back muscle and shooting pains in my thigh and ankle i do not experiance abdoman pain as of such but i am worried about one of the lumps in particular it is on the front of my testical but the lump its self is not attached to the testical it is attatched to a stringy feeling thing which i can get my finger under i think it is attached to my testical the lump has been there as long as i can remember definetly five years i am really worried about it and wondering if anyone could give me some answers of what might be wrong if anything thank you
