for the past few days i have had a sort of blunt but very painful sensation in my lower left abdomen and i can somewhat feel it in my left testical aswell like i had hit it by accident. but this only occurs when i sleep on my stomach and it wakes me up at night. i will get up and i can walk and touch eveything without anymore pain being caused. i have had testicular torsion (twisted testicle) and the pain is very similar but there is no swelling, abnormal color, or abnormal hight changes in the testicle it is mainley abdominal pain. i am in the process of getting a doctors apointment made.
