right testical has been swollen for 1 1/2 days now. its doubled or tripled in size. the pain kinda feels like its going upwards, more towards my pelvic bone, like through the tubing of the reproductive system.
i'm 19, this has been happening for about 2-3 months though its been swollen for 2-3 days before BUT its never been this big before!
No doctor set up yet, I can't really afford a doctor visit but if its still like this in 2 days then i'm going in.
Anyone know what could be causing this? because I am completely lost!

This may be caused by an infection of the epididymus, and can be easily cured with anti-biotics, so you need to see a doctor.

the same ting happened to me i was playing pool one day and i got an ache in my balls i went home and had to sit with my legs open for a few hours i notice my testicle was 2 times bigger than the other one but the pain had gone . i went to the doctor and he said it might be a build up of fluid but on the safe side he told me to get an ultrasound scan. iwent for the ultra scan and was in hospital later cus they found it was cancer and had to remove it, so my friend if i was you go to the doctor and get it checked out. ASAP also ask your family if there has been an history of it cus i foud out that a distant relaitve also had the cancer.

Yeah, I'm with JB9900 on this one...
You need to see a doctor, and I'd go sooner rather than later.
If you're in pain, tell them. They'll move your appointment up sooner.
As far as not able to afford a doctor, you can't afford NOT to go see a doctor if this pain/inflamation is expanding.
Good luck.
Let us know what he finds, please.
