If you can go to a doctor, or have friends with connections, get SUBOXONE, it's a life saver, I promise. Suboxone is a miracle drug, and turns quitting into a very easy thing to do.

If you can get your hands on a LITTLE (key word) vicodin, then you could try to ease WD's with one Vic, every once in a while. However know that it's still a Drug, so you can still get addicted to it. So be careful if you decide to do this.

Supposedly bananas help, because of potassium, but I doubt it. I've drank Nyquill before, and it helped me pass out. If you can get AMBIEN, it's a sleep aide, and a strong one at that so be careful (you CAN OD), but it could help you pass the time. (I would imagine that XANAX and VALIUM might help a little too, especially with the anxiety attacks, however I've never tried it)

I find that drinking Alcohol makes it worse, unless I black out in which case I guess it's ok until the hangover - still wouldn't recommend it.

Smoking Marijuana supposedly helps some people A LOT, however I've also heard that it makes it worse for other people.

If you can't get anything, or don't want to, then go for a run and excersize. Take a trip to Hawaii. That helped me. Do something that naturally makes you happy. Read books or watch movies for escapism.
