One month ago I have noticed a lump on my left testicle. After some time I have noticed another lump. This time it occurs on my right testicle. I am 25 years old, and nobody in my family had cancer. Anyway I am worried about those lumps that I found. What lumpy testicles means, and how serious is that?

Role is when you notice lumps in your testicles, or change in weight or size, or even swellings, you should visit your doctor. Anyway, you must know that most of changes in testicles are not cancerous. Usually those lumpy testicles are very treatable. It might be some infection, or collections of fluid and some small cysts. You must know the difference between soft epididymis lump and cancer. Cancer usually starts as a small, hard lump. There are a lot of men that found they testicles are lumpy. Off course there are a lot of different causes that provoke its growth. However, I would recommend you to visit your doctor. He will make some exams and confirm if that is just some normal condition which is going to pass on its own, or next step as treatment is needed.
