Hey guys I have a problem with both of my testicles.My left testicle has a large 'bag' around it that can vary in size but can get to about double the size of the right and when its not there I have noticed that my testicle is harder that my right. Any Ideas??Also, my right testicle has a very small lump just above it which, when i touch it, can move slightly what could it be... I just want an Idea of what it could be as I'm nervous about going to the doctors about it.

how old are you? what you are describing with the left testicle sounds like either a cyst or a hydrocele (a bagof fluidonthe testicle). you canlook up more information about it online. as for your right, where is the lump and how big is it.... how big is it? itmay be part of your epididymis.

I'm 19 the lump in tiny and it could be part of the epididymis just havent been able to check the other side due to the larger testicle

ah I see well that's what It probably is... you can always go to the doctor to make sure there is nothing else going on but that's what it sounds like
