I have alot and long pubes I'm 13 nearly 14 and my balls haven't droppd I only have 1 I can feel and it' bigger then the other one. My other one has droppd and comes back often it' small what' happening am I ok?pls answer

Your testicles drop AT or NEAR birth. It's just a saying.
You can feel both, good. One may be up slightly higher than the other and that's OK. They can be and often are different sized.
They'll tend to hang more as you get older.
The concern is that you can't find both testicles. In that case one may remain up in your abdomen. This is called an undescended testicle and it does need to be investigated.

I am an older male and I had to have surgery for an undescended testicle when younger. Ever since I have one ball that doesn't really move and stays almost attached to shaft of penis especially when erect. The other one (the undescended one) now hangs freely. Why doesn't my other ball hang freely?
