My husband has been experiencing lately some problems with his liver. Doctors suspect on autoimmune hepatitis. He said that he needed to perform more tests in order to find out the real diagnosis. Will ultrasound be enough or will biopsy be needed? I would appreciate this piece of info. Thanks in advance.
