Last month, a week before my period I took the wrong horomone pill...I took Friday's when it was Thursday. So I started break through bleeding, until I got my period. Well I'm finished my period and we had unprotected sex a few days ago......should I take an emergency contraceptive?

Have you been taking your birth control since? If so, no. You don't need and shouldn't take the morning after pill.
An occasional missed pill is not a significant concern.
