My son has some nasty disease that affects his face called Bell's palsy syndrome. He is teenager and he refuses to go to school looking like this. I understand him completely. He can't close his eye, he is drooling most of time and he has oversensitive hearing. I have heard that vitamin B12 can help. Is that true?

There are many treatments for this disease, alternative or medical. One of them is vitamin B12. I have heard about it too. My neighbor had the same disease like your son. He had taken injections of this vitamin and he said that it has helped him. He has recovered from Bell's palsy in two weeks. So I would recommend talking to his doctor and suggesting that.
