Hi, I have problems and I need to consult with someone. I have Bell's palsy syndrome. My friend who is practicing massage has heard about that and offered me treatments. Trouble is he lives in another town. So, I want to know does massage really helps and should I bother him to come.

Well, as I have understood your friend has offered his help to you, it means that it is not trouble for him at all. Massage could help you relieve tension (paralyzes) in facial muscles. He should massage your 7th cranial nerve (he will know what I am talking about) and the side of your face from the eye to the jaw behind the ear. I am saying this because I have experience in this kind of massage.
