I have this huuuuuggggeeere lump or bump in between my booty crack but its not on my anus but its on the side of my cheek close to where the end of my vagina is im scared this may be some type of horrifying infection and i dont want to tell my mom i would really like to get rid of it i cant walk sit down use the restroom wash myself or even lay down the pain is horrendous and excruciating
