Hi guys, any doctor OB Gyne or derma there. I need some help please, I'm so stress and depressed on whats going on to my vagina. on the 3rd day of my period when i clean my genital area i spot a 2 pimple like thing and its white headed then i scratch it on the next day when i woke up to see if its gone i saw 4 more pimple like thing on it, so theres 6 of it. so i just clean it with warm water and feminine wash. later that evening the lips of my vagina becam itchy i scratch it again and woke up with burning feeling. when i pee i almost die because its so painful! very painful. What's going on to my vagina. can you please help me I'm 16 y/o only had 1 sex partner my bf and i know he's clean no herpes or anything because he's virgin too when we had our first sex. I'm dying guys :'( please help me. I'm scared to tell my mom. and my dad. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GUYS HELP ME. please give me some tips and treatments thanks! THANK YOU VERY MUCH :"(

What you're experiencing sounds more like urinary tract infection, mainly because you say it burns when you pee. But, the yeast infection could have caused the same symptoms - the good news is that you can simply treat it with over the counter medication like Monistat. If this doesn't help to clear the infection, than you most likely will need to see an ob-gyn - your parents don't need to know why.
Or you can try talking to your physician so you can get the antibiotics in case this was caused by urinary tract infection,

Hi there! thanks for replying, this morning i just pee and it's very very painful already i cried :'( and when i look at the mirror the lips of my vagina has ulcer like thing on it but not open sores or something. it's color white. And I'm dying becaause of the pain :'( please help me it's getting worst i think. this evening i put on petroleum jelly. Is this yeast infection? or something i dont know? :( I can't sit properly even walk properly. it's very very painful. it's like an island of ulcer that is not open sore!!!!! Please help, i don't have enough money to consult a doctor. and i cant tell my parents! is it ok if i put on petroleum jelly? and is it ok if i continue using feminine wash? it hurts a lot.
