I am 44 years old and my doctor prescribed progesterone and testosterone cream for me. I have been experiencing some perimenopausal symptoms. I had started getting really sleepy and sort of a dizzy head so she reduced my dosage. I am just curious about others experiences on hormone replacement creams and how long before they saw results.
