hi ive just discovered a black blister like thing on my inside cheek it doesnt hurt but am worried what is it

I noticed a blood blister on the inside of my cheek after eating pasta at Boston Pizza. I don't think I bit my cheek????

I have it too. Most likely, its because u bit your cheek overnight. Happened to me.
