I have this as well, its specially visible in the sink which is white. I had something like 20-40 fibres pr ejaculate, but it has disappeared after i used Vermox (meds against intestinal worms). I want to add that I took a feces test before using these meds, and it came back negative but my dr told me to try vermox anyways. Dont know if the threads are gonna come back again but i really suspect it will(i only finished treatment a few days ago). Are we looking at some sort of rare parasitic worm here? I wonder..
Any1 had itching at night? Permethrin cream helps ALOT, although unfortunately only for a few days pr treatment. Im pretty much a permethrin-addict now, lol. And im most curious about this; are your houses getting more dusty than normal? As in vacuuming being necessary almost every day. I got these thread-like dust soaring around in the air, and they behave strangely at times (they seem to be moving, like eating microscopic particles in the air around them). Will get a sample of these and check them at the nearest lab, I hope it comes back with results. I want this treated, as i suspect this thing is bad for the brain/heart. Periodically slight heart-ache as well, any1 else got this? Any updates are much appreciated guys. Cant really talk to my dr about this as they locked me up for suspicion of paranoid psychosis a year ago, when i first mentioned this. So now i just say i got an itchy rektum, although i know there is something more going on...

Could this not be hookworm, whipworm, or some other kind of nematode? After all, these worms normally infect you by penetrating the skin of your feet and following the bloodstream to your lungs where it lays eggs. They are supposedly about 1/3 the thickness of human hair(havent been able to find a pic of the actual larvae, i wonder if they look dust-like). Alot of cases are pretty much without symptoms, which is why alot of people who have these worms never become aware of it. Maybe we're talking about a build-up of plenty worms, which then finds their way to different parts of our bodies and survive there, like in our semen?
Im basically thinking out loud here, so dont conclude with anything. Google nematodes and read the descriptions, which seems to me they would appear as tiny fibres.

I also want to add that I got this annoying tickle deep inside my ear-canals at times, and suspect this is relevant. Anyone else experienced this? Mostly at night.

So i've tried drinking apple cider vinegar, about one vodka shot per day, accompanied with masturbation to get em out of the system, it's been a week and fibers are pretty much gone completely(through observation of naked eyes).

Don't know if they will come back if i stop, not sure if it will work for other people, but don't think it's harmful for you to try it.

Plus I'd like to add a thing that,of all the information available about Morgellons, fibres coming out with semen has not been stated as a symptom. At most Borellian Spirochaetes have been found upon laboratory tests... which are invisible to the human eyes( this info is from the Internet) so please don't fall for this Morgellons propaganda without any scientific evidence.

And trust me Doctors spend years earning their medical degrees with rigorous hard work....they have a lot of experience.... Google or internet lacks this clearly....so please consult your doctor.

Have the same problem. It comes and goes. I didn't pay much attention to it since I was single, but I am now in a stable relationship and it started to worry me. I did some research and found a study entilted Classification and Staging of Morgellons Disease: Lessons from Syphilis (you can access the whole study). I will check with a doctor and get back to with comments.

This is morgellons, I have had it for seven years, late disseminated stage 4. There is no cure (yet), or if there is it's unknown to me. It has the capacity to be fully systemic, I have threads ,specs, and structures that come from my skin, urine, semen and blood when I bleed. It has also infected my sinus quite aggressively for at least a few years. Some have taken Dr. Strickers protocol and he some luck with reducing symptoms, but no full cures yet regardless of the many thousands of dollars spent by each patient. Seems a combination of different antibiotics rotating and long term along with heavy doses of anti parasite especially brod spectrum helminth has helped to reduce the infestations. I believe the parasite has the ability to be a free living organism as well outside the host and yes it uses threads and fabric as well as has the ability to glide through the air and latch onto people , it harnesses electro-magnetic fields and I have no doubt they possess a high level of intelligence or can tap into intelligence of their hosts. this creature has effectively rewritten my DNA and changed my body. It's a nightmare and I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy. Morgellons. It is real. These things do seem to move in the air & I can hear them ... it’s like a high pitched electrical noise (sort of like one of those long skinny light bulbs ... or a ton of super high pictched cricket noise/buzz). If your immune system goes down, you can begin to feel this stuff moving on/in you & then it will emit from your pores. Apparently, the fibers are in your blood & other internal ‘wet’ areas ... and then, something creates a biofilm on top of your skin to keep whatever is emitted from the pores, to stay on the skin as an irritant (or the specks can create cuts depending on what type of material it is made from, as there are many different types). This is how lesions are formed I believe.
